According to Mr. David Canfield, Dr. Harvey's long-time colleague and associate, Dr. Harvey’s most recent book, “Clinical Cardiology” with accompanying Heart Sounds has been turned over to The American College of Cardiology and it is currently unavailable. Mr. Canfield, who is on the faculty of the Gagnon Cardiovascular Institute at the Morristown Medical Center in New Jersey, welcomes questions via email.
