Can I request to borrow an entire electronic/online book (eBook) from another library via document delivery (ILL)?

Libraries may be able to send a limited number of pages from eBooks but most standard licenses prohibit borrowing an entire eBook via document delivery (ILL). When an entire book is borrowed via document delivery, it will be provided as a print book.
