What is DUO authentication and do I need it to connect to DML resources?

DUO is a tool that provides an extra level of security for your Georgetown account. It uses a process called two-factor authentication. Certain designated groups within the Georgetown community are required to enroll in DUO. If you are a member of one of those groups* and are encountering DML resource access issues please note:
- Until enrolled, non-DUO users will be blocked from all Georgetown accounts, including DML library resources, by the University Information Services (UIS) Department.
